Not only are the pearls so pretty, this design is unbelievably eye catching! I'm so proud of how this one came together. It is one of my all time favorites. If you know my work you will catch the attention to detail that is involved in this piece. Check out the addition of pastel pearl teardrops to the tassel! The gorgeous filigree bead caps on the oval pearls bring such grace and elegance to the over all character of this necklace. Don't even get me started on these oval faux pearls ... the amazing lustre, and even though they are not baroque, they do have some characteristics of baroque, the dimpling and uneven surface brings out that characteristic in them. Most of these components came from my latest buying trip to NYC. The inside measurement is aprox 26". Measurement to bottom of tassel is aprox 45". You are not going to find another necklace like this anywhere.
